Business Associate Agreements are available for qualifying healthcare clients. Platform safeguards alone do not make an implementation HIPAA compliant. Configuration and customer usage matter.
Plain claims
HIPAA has no official certification program. Chleb does not claim third-party certification, audit, or accreditation such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
