Seven things, one page. The AI receptionist answers the phone, the chatbot answers the website, the CRM holds the record, the calendar takes the booking, an unanswered call gets a text back, the workflows carry the next step, and the website captures the lead. Each section below covers one of them.
The AI receptionist handles telephone calls. The website chatbot handles typed conversations. Both can help with appointment booking, but each channel needs its own configured calendar rules and acceptance test. Call recordings and transcripts are available when enabled and permitted by the account consent settings.
For any call that still goes unanswered, missed call text back sends an automatic SMS from your own business number. It acknowledges the call, continues the conversation by text, and offers the next booking step. Missed-call recovery is included with every Chleb plan, not only the AI Receptionist.
The AI Receptionist plus Chatbot plan is $899 a month, or $9,170 billed annually. Paired with the CRM as the Front Office Bundle, it is $997 a month, or $10,169 annually. Call minutes and emails are billed separately at carrier cost. You can ask about either plan from this page.
Chleb does not publish a fixed setup timeline on this page. Onboarding steps and booking rules are reviewed with you directly, and the Front Office Bundle includes priority onboarding. For an actual timeline, confirm it with the team on a booking call rather than assuming one in advance.
Chleb configures the receptionist around your trade rather than one generic script. The site is tuned for nine industries: HVAC, dental, plumbing, roofing, law firms, auto dealerships, salons and barbershops, med spas, and lawn care, each with its own sample call and vocabulary. See the industries page for trade-specific detail.
A branded workspace built on Go High Level: pipelines and deal stages, an appointment booking calendar, email follow-up sequences, tagging, review automation and reporting, and one landing page built by our team. It is $297 a month.
Missed call text back sends an automatic SMS after an unanswered business call. Chleb acknowledges the call, keeps the conversation going by text, and offers the next booking step, configured around how your team schedules.
Calls, website questions, appointment requests, and follow-up. Chleb configures the next step for each channel around your services and booking rules. Confirm which records and notifications reach your team, including when a request cannot be booked.
Calendar and CRM connections are confirmed during setup. Test that a successful booking creates the expected appointment and contact record, and that a failed booking gives your team a clear next step. Call recordings and transcripts depend on account settings; website chat records need their own verification.
Yes. The CRM plan includes one landing page with online booking, built by our team, and the AI Receptionist plus Chatbot plan includes a website chatbot that can qualify visitors and book appointments. Custom website design and development, and ongoing care, are scoped in a written proposal.
Scoped in writing. Priced by proposal. Monthly care, one-time work and third-party costs are itemized before anything starts.
Sending an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not start a subscription or authorize work. Every engagement begins with the written proposal.
Once a call ends, the next step can run on its own: the confirmation text, the follow-up sequence, the text back after an unanswered call, the review request after the job. Chleb sets those up around the process your team already follows.
A smooth greeting is only the start. Use these three scenarios to review the booking rules, the handoff and the record your team receives before you move your business number.
Illustrative evaluation scenarios, not customer recordings or measured results. The public voice agent answers questions about Chleb; a business-specific test needs your approved call flow and connected tools.
Caller: “Can you fit me in tonight? Your website says you close at five.”
Response to evaluate: For a business with no evening appointments, the configured response should explain the available hours and offer an allowed next step. It should not invent an opening or promise a technician is on the way.
Ask to verify: Ask to see the connected calendar, the time zone, the booking notice and the resulting appointment or callback request. A requested visit and a confirmed booking must be distinguishable.
Caller: “Can you guarantee the repair will cost less than two hundred dollars?”
Response to evaluate: When your approved material does not contain a binding quote, the response should say a person must confirm it, collect the question and use the agreed handoff. A plausible price is not an approved price.
Ask to verify: Confirm who receives the handoff, what information arrives and what happens if nobody answers. Review the transcript for promises your team did not authorize.
Caller: “Actually, I meant Thursday, and the last two digits of my number are different.”
Response to evaluate: The call flow should repeat the correction and confirm the intended next step. When a booking or contact record is part of the setup, the final record should agree with what the caller confirmed.
Ask to verify: Compare the transcript, contact details and calendar entry together. Check for a stale phone number, an extra appointment and any confirmation sent before the correction.
Bring your service area, opening hours, booking rules, approved answers and escalation contact. Ask for a test of a normal call, each exception and an unavailable integration. Agree what must pass before launch; do not treat a demo alone as a service guarantee.
Everything above is a packaged product with a published price. We also build AI work to order, around the tools and the material a business already has. That starts with a conversation.
Missed-call recovery is part of all three. Choose by what the rest of your front office needs.
