This page says what this website does for accessibility, what it does not do yet, and how to tell us when it gets in your way.
What we work to
We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA. That is the standard we aim at. It is not a claim that the site meets it: no independent audit has been carried out, and we are not going to describe an untested site as conformant.
What is in place
Every page starts with a skip link to the main content. Navigation, forms, menus and the cookie controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Headings are real headings in a sensible order, images carry text alternatives, and form fields have labels and describe their own errors. The site does not rely on colour alone to carry meaning.
The home page and several product pages animate as you scroll. If your system asks for reduced motion, those pages honour it and render as plain sections with the same content and no movement. Nothing on the site plays sound on its own.
What we know is unfinished
The chat widget and the booking calendar are supplied by HighLevel and run inside their own code. We cannot change how they behave for a screen reader or a keyboard. The booking page always offers a phone number and a plain link that opens the calendar in its own tab, and the contact form reaches the same people as the calendar does.
Colour contrast on the translucent panels has been designed to the AA threshold but has not been measured on every page at every width. Some of the scroll-driven sections have been tested with a keyboard less thoroughly than the static pages have. The tables on the cookie policy become stacked blocks on a narrow screen rather than scrolling sideways, which reads better but makes a long table longer.
We have not tested with every combination of screen reader and browser. Reports from people who use one tell us more than our own testing does.
Telling us about a barrier
Email chleb@chleb.ai with the subject line "Accessibility", or call (813) 694-8671. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If it helps, tell us what you use to browse. A person reads every one of these, and we will reply.
If the site is in your way right now, the phone number above reaches the same team as every form on it. Nothing on this site is the only way to reach us.
