Pick a fictional business and call it as a customer. Type or speak whatever you would say, and watch the records your team would see build beside the call. When you hang up, follow that customer through the contact card, the call note, the transcript, the calendar and the pipeline stage the call leads to. It is a simulation, and what you type into the call stays in your browser.
A call is only half done when the caller hangs up. Someone on your team has to be able to pick it up later without calling the customer back to ask the same questions again. In this demo every call leaves the same set of records: a contact with the name, number and address the caller gave, a short call note, the full transcript, the appointment if one was booked, the handoff summary if the call went to a person, and a pipeline stage.
Here each record is built from what was said on the call, so the transcript and the records cannot disagree. If the caller corrects their number halfway through, the contact shows the corrected number and marks it as corrected.
The demo places each customer in one of three stages, based only on how the call ended:
Chleb's CRM is a branded workspace built on HighLevel. It holds your contacts, pipelines with deal stages and a booking calendar. Your own pipeline and its stages are set up when the Chleb team builds your account. What arrives there from a call depends on your plan and your setup:
It does not show texts or emails sent to the caller after the call, reminders, or connections to other software, and this page does not claim them. Ask about those on a demo call, where the Chleb team checks your current tools before promising anything. The calendar is a sample, and its week view shows only the booking from your call.
The CRM plan is $297 a month and includes pipelines, the booking calendar and missed-call text-back, but no call answering. AI Receptionist + Chatbot is $899 a month and includes 24/7 call answering, booking through a connected calendar, and recording and transcript features subject to enabled settings and applicable notice or consent. The Front Office Bundle is $997 a month and connects the two: callers become tracked contacts in the CRM, and the CRM is connected to live call data. Usage such as call minutes is billed separately at carrier cost with no Chleb markup.
Chleb's published FAQ states that client call and booking records belong to the client; the Terms separately cover proprietary tools and workflows. Before signing, confirm which records are available in your dashboard, export formats and timing, access after cancellation, retention and deletion. Chleb does not sell your data, and does not reuse your call data across other clients or to train public AI models without your permission.
The call is a simulation that runs in your browser with fixed rules. It shows the kind of call flow Chleb sets up, but it is not the production receptionist, and it understands only the phrasings its rules cover. In this demo the receptionist offers only open times on a sample calendar, reads the details back before booking, and sends urgent calls to a person. The businesses and callers are fictional.
What you type into the call stays on this page. If you press Speak, your browser's speech service may send the audio to its maker to turn it into text, and Read replies aloud may use an online voice when your device has none of its own. The optional note to the team is sent only when you press Send.
To hear the live voice agent, call (813) 694-8671, where Chleb's own AI receptionist answers.
No. It is a sandbox built from the simulated call, to show the kind of records a call leaves. The real CRM is a branded workspace built on HighLevel, and the Chleb team builds your account.
The Front Office Bundle is designed to connect call activity to CRM contacts. Test record creation, matching and duplicate handling in your account, including a caller who withholds contact details. The CRM plan alone does not include call answering.
Chleb's FAQ states that client call and booking records belong to the client. Confirm available records, export formats and timing, access after cancellation, retention and deletion in your agreement; proprietary tools and workflows are a separate matter.
Because a person took over during the call and decides what happens next. In this demo, Needs a callback is for calls that ended with a summary or a message waiting for someone on the team.
