Type your business name, hours, services and service area, pick your industry and how long each job takes, then call a temporary receptionist built from those details and see the records your team would get. It lives in this page and is gone when you leave.
The demo has two steps. First you fill in a short form: the business name, phone number, address, opening hours, services and the places you serve. The demo does not look anything up about your business, so only what you type is used, and anything you leave empty stays empty.
You also choose your industry, which sets starting call rules such as who receives urgent calls and whether the receptionist asks for a service address, and you set how long each service takes, because the receptionist only offers openings long enough for the job.
Second, you call the receptionist by typing or tapping what a caller would say, and you pick when the call happens: right now, late in the evening or on a Saturday morning. The panel beside the call shows the contact, booking, handoff and note your team would see. You can go back, change a detail and call again as often as you like.
The temporary receptionist answers with the business name you typed and gives your hours, phone number and address only as you entered them. It books only the services you mark as bookable, into open times inside your hours on a sample calendar, and takes the caller's name and number for services a person should schedule. For price questions it does what you choose: pass the question to a person, say an exact price depends on the details, or read a statement you write, word for word.
The details you type and the receptionist built from them live in this page's memory, so leaving or reloading the page discards them. The call's rules run in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to Chleb while you try it.
If you talk to the receptionist by microphone instead of typing, your browser's own speech recognition turns your voice into text, and some browsers, including Chrome, send that audio to the browser maker to do it. Typing avoids that.
Nothing reaches the Chleb team unless you choose to send your setup with the button at the end, which shows the exact text it sends before you press it.
This demo is a simulation. Fixed rules run in your browser: it offers only open times on a sample calendar that has some times marked busy, and it shows urgent calls going to the contact you named. Replies are read in your device's built-in voice, and nothing is booked, texted or sent to anyone.
A production Chleb receptionist is configured for around-the-clock answering, booking through your configured calendar and handoffs under your rules. Confirm calendar conflict handling, who receives handoffs and what happens if nobody answers. Recordings and transcripts depend on enabled settings and applicable notice or consent; test their delivery rather than assuming every call produces both. Missed-call text-back depends on configured triggers, sender registration and consent. Its call flow is written with you around your real services, and it is tested with calls before your number goes live. It works in US English. To talk with the team about a production setup, call (813) 694-8671 or book a demo.
No. The details stay in this page's memory until you leave. The only way anything reaches the team is the optional send button at the end, which shows exactly what it sends before you press it.
So it offers only openings long enough for the job. A two hour service is not offered at a time when your hours end sooner or when the sample calendar is busy partway through.
Only if you write the statement it should read. Otherwise it passes price questions to a person, or says an exact price depends on the details and comes before the caller commits to anything, whichever you choose. It never makes up a number.
No. The demo reads replies in your browser's voice, or you can follow the call as text. It does not use the production voice. To ask about the production receptionist, call (813) 694-8671, where Chleb's own AI receptionist answers, or book a demo.
