For web designers and marketing agencies whose clients run on appointments. Pick a client's trade, run a simulated call with a fictional business, and show the records the owner would get. When a client wants the real thing, Chleb sets it up and tests it before their number goes live.
Agencies build the website and run the ads that make a client's phone ring. What happens when nobody picks up decides whether that work turns into a booked job, and it is the part an agency usually cannot see. This demo gives you something concrete to show a client who asks what happens to calls after hours, on a job site or at lunch.
Bookkeepers, insurance agents, business coaches and IT providers who work with contractors and other appointment-based businesses can introduce a client too. You do not need to run the demo: when a client asks how to get their calls answered, point them to Chleb. The money terms are the same: the client pays Chleb directly at the published price, and no fee or commission is paid either way.
The steps below are how a client moves from your demo to a live receptionist. The terms for introducing a client are in the section below.
You introduce a client who wants their calls answered. Chleb runs the discovery call, checks the client's phone, calendar and other tools, sets up the receptionist and tests it before the number goes live.
The client signs up with Chleb at the price on the pricing page and pays Chleb directly. Nothing is added to the price for the introduction, and no fee or commission is paid to you or charged to the client.
Chleb supports the client directly. If the client agrees, you are copied on the setup emails, so you know what was built.
Chleb does not offer its own website work to a client you introduce, apart from the one landing page that comes with the CRM and Front Office Bundle plans. The website, ads and SEO stay with you.
A demo link with your agency's name on it is set up after we have spoken.
To introduce a client or ask a question, book a call or send the contact form and say which agency you are with.
An approved partner gets a demo link that shows Presented by and the agency's name above the call. The business in the call stays fictional. The name appears only for agencies Chleb has approved, so nobody can put a name on the page by editing the link.
The demo is a simulation that runs in the browser with fictional businesses and the browser's voice; the live voice agent answers Chleb's own line. Chleb's prices are published on the pricing page, and call minutes and emails are billed separately at carrier cost with no Chleb markup.
Please do not promise a client a connection to a named software tool, a language other than US English, or a launch date. Named tools are checked on the integration check before anything is promised, and Chleb does not publish a fixed setup timeline.
Yes. The demos on chleb.ai are public, and anyone can call Chleb's own line at (813) 694-8671. The link with your agency's name is for approved partners.
No. It is a simulation of the call flow with a fictional business, voiced by the device. To hear the live voice agent, call (813) 694-8671.
No. Introducing a client is a referral only. The client pays Chleb directly at the published price, and no fee or commission is paid either way.
