The series follows one appointment-driven business from its own call log to a working receptionist, with the owner's written consent at every step. This page is the application: the questions, what is and is not recorded, and what the owner controls.
Each season follows one business. It starts with the owner's own call log, read with the missed-call report, to see when calls go unanswered today. Then the call flow is written from the business's real services, hours and prices, tested with calls, and switched on. The last episode compares the same measures from the call log before and after, over the same number of weeks.
Chleb has not published any customer results, and the series is not a promise of any. If the numbers do not move, the episode says so.
One business takes part per season, one season at a time.
Chleb sets up the receptionist from the business's own call flow, and the first month of the AI Receptionist + Chatbot plan is free. After that, the business pays the price on the pricing page only if it keeps the receptionist, and it can stop at any time. Call minutes bill separately at carrier cost, with no Chleb markup, as they do on every plan.
The series is open to an appointment-driven service business that is not already a Chleb customer.
Episodes run on Chleb's YouTube channel as chaptered videos with checked captions, with short cuts on Chleb's LinkedIn page. The business may also share them on its own site and channels.
The business is described by its trade and area unless the owner asks for its name to be used.
Recorded: conversations with the owner about how calls are handled today, the setup work on screen, and test calls placed by the team with made-up callers. The owner chooses whether to appear on video, on audio only, or not at all.
Not recorded or published: real customers' calls, voices, names or phone numbers, and anything the owner marks as private, such as prices they do not publish or staff names.
Nothing is recorded until the owner signs a plain-language consent form that lists what is recorded, where it may be published and for how long. The owner sees every episode and every number before it is published and can ask for changes, and can withdraw from the series at any time, including after publication, in which case unpublished material is not used and published episodes are taken down where Chleb controls them.
The measures come from the business's own phone system: inbound calls, answered calls, calls that went unanswered, and when those happened, split into business hours and after hours. After launch, the receptionist's own records add calls it answered, bookings it made and calls it handed to a person. Every published number names its source and its date range, and the owner approves it first.
The series will not claim revenue gained, will not say the receptionist caused a change when something else also changed, and will not present one business's numbers as what another business should expect.
An application is saved with Chleb's website inquiries. Applying commits neither side to anything and does not start a subscription or a recording. If a business looks like a fit, the next step is a call to go through the format and the consent form before anyone decides.
